The OSP suite open-architecture CNC system combines intelligent technologies with various software applications and Eco suite to help improve cycle and lead times while reducing energy usage. It is built on the OSP-P300 control platform, which features a durable touchscreen that can be customized for three different operators to access to machine tasks and suite apps. Each operator can digitally store and retrieve documentation and notes on the control. Such documentation includes manuals, checklists, work orders and process sheets. Eco suite uses Eco idling stop functionality to stop energy-wasting machine tool idling and nonessential functions. Thermo-friendly concept technology stops the cooling unit automatically if needed.
