The MGB series fully regenerative silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) control maintains ACE’s mounting pattern and footprint. The drive has a streamlined, minimal design with power in, power out, speed pot, direction switch and stop/start switch. A microprocessor allows for custom programming where needed. The series is specifically engineered for OEM applications that require a controlled deceleration, braking or instant reversing, such as indexers, lift pumps, agitators and conveyors. It is for use with permanent magnet dc motors only. Features include input of 115/230 Vac, armature output of 90/180 Vdc and armature current of 8 amps (11 amps if heat-synced).
