Novotechnik U.S. Multi-turn angle sensors

The RMB 3600 series of absolute multi-turn non-contact angle sensors have galvanized steel housing and stainless steel shaft with up to 100-N working shaft load for the HD version. They are sealed up to IP69K, depending on the version. The enhanced giant magnetic resistance (EGMR) devices count turns even when power is removed and retain the turn count and angle information for years without power, so there is no need for batteries. Operating speed is up to 12,000 rpm. Specifications include 36.5-mm profile, count to 16 turns, angular position 0 to 5,760° and resolution to 18 bit (SSI)/16 bit for other outputs.
