The DC022C series 22-mm-diameter brush-commutated dc motor is offered in three lengths with continuous output torques of 0.0056 to 0.141 Nm and with eight standard windings, with special windings available. The motor features speeds up to 10,000 rpm and dc bus voltages up to 36 Vdc. It has a two-pole stator with neodymium magnets, five-slot skewed rotor and sintered bronze bearings. Ball bearings, copper graphite brushes and RFI suppression also are available. Options such as an encoder and gearboxes with reduction ratios from 4:1 to 429:1 are offered to optimize the motor’s performance for specialized or unique applications.
