QuickSilver Controls Direct-drive hybrid servomotors

SilverMax NEMA 23 frame direct-drive hybrid servomotors are available in four stack sizes that provide 80 oz-in (0.56 Nm) through 430 oz-in (3 Nm) of continuous torque, with top speeds from 1,000 to 4,000 rpm. These high-torque motors match well to loads in the 500- to 2,000-rpm speed range. The PVIA control system includes damping methods to allow ranges of inertial mismatch without retuning or notch filters, reducing the need for inertial matching of the motor to the load (100:1 inertial mismatch ratios are easily tuned). The intuitive command language allows for program creation, modification, and debug using the QuickControl environment.
