The Amkasmart iDT series features a high torque synchronous servo motor with integrated servo controller, a plug-and-play solution for modular machine concepts. The system combines mechanics, electronics and software for decentralized uses. Daisy-chaining of power supply and communication lines from iDT to iDT minimizes cabling cost and installation time. The cabinet-free devices are available with a peak power of up to 5 hp and come with five integrated multifunctional I/Os as well as various encoder options. EtherCAT or Sercos III is used for real-time Ethernet communication.
