Retrofit serial device with wireless connectivity with the SW-200M for device networking

Artila Electronics' FreeRTOS-based serial-to-wireless LAN module, SW-200M, supports 2.4GHz, IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and UART interface which is designed to connect serial device to Intranet/Internet. This module provides serial to embedded wireless solution with 40x45mm compact PCB size and ultralow power consumption features.

SW-200M Serial-to-Wi-Fi module supports serial, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM and GPIOs interfaces, it integrates 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 processor with 2MB Flash memory, 2.5MB Data memory, SSL hardware accelerator, 802.11b/b/g compatible WLAN MAC/Baseband/RF into a compact module. It features secured and self-supporting Wi-Fi system and has a WPS (WiFi Protected Setup), web browser, smartphone APP and window manager utility.

The SW-200M comes with TCP/IP protocol suite running on-chip allowing it to serve as a network coprocessor to offload TCP/IP and WLAN protocol processing loading from the system MCU in an embedded system.
