GAM’s SPH inline planetary gearbox is designed for dynamic and cyclic applications and also can be optimized for high-speed and continuous-duty applications. It is available in six frame sizes with nominal torque ratings from 15 to 900 Nm. It features precision-cut helical gears that are ground for smoothness, quiet operation and high accuracies. The gears’ longer face widths mean more tooth contact and greater overall torque density. The gears are case-hardened, and several output configurations are available.
