The QuickStep closed-loop NEMA 23 and 34 integrated stepper motors offer a range of 0.1 to 12 Nm and provide high torque, fast acceleration, torque control, stall-free operation and quieter movement. The steppers’ performance is similar to servo motors, but with higher torque and often without the need of a gearbox. This true closed-loop control system compensates step angle errors during a movement and corrects errors within a full step. Smart digital design and high update rates (36 MHz) mean there is no need for manual adjustment or setup.
