Norstat Programmable access control barrier

The Safegate Type 4 programmable muting light barrier protects personnel working in applications in which the movement of goods occurs. All muting sensors can be connected directly to the access control barrier. The device features integration of all muting sensors, muting control and muting logic built directly into the light barrier. The hardware-configurable models (SM/SMO) allow configuration of the muting logic and functional parameters via a main connector wiring. Programmable models (SMP/SMPO) retain the same characteristics as the SM/SMO models but allow further configuration of additional muting parameters via the Safegate configuration software (SCS).
