Telemecanique Sensors' XUSL4M safety light curtains are Type 4 with integrated muting.
The new curtains come in basic or advanced models and can be fitted with a range of available muting arm options to fit specific applications. This optimized range of light curtains have embedded safety functions such as Automatic or Manual start/restart and External Device Monitoring (EDM) allowing a standalone operation.
Many of the available muting arms for the curtains come pre-built and pre-adjusted to comply with existing safety regulations. Some arms are specifically designed for high speed conveyors, while others are designed for the detection of transparent objects.
It includes free software which allows easy configuration of numerous operational muting parameters (available on advanced models).
The safety light Curtains are available in “Body” and “Hand” detection models in different protected heights.
