The IMAS-Connect adapter system is a modular designed grommet system for mounting metric connectors, keystone couplers, hose fittings and pressure compensation elements. By using the modular adapter system, the cable entry becomes a hybrid system. Preterminated and standard cables or hoses can be routed, and the grommets enable various types of connectivity ports to be integrated into the frame system. Additional knock-outs no are longer required. The elastomer-made grommets fit into existing cable entry frames such as KEL-U, KEL-ER and KEL-FG and meet IP54 or IP65 protection levels.
