Infographic: What Specifications Does Your Industrial PC Include?

An electronic survey of Control Design readers was conducted in April 2013 in order to identify usage and application trends of HMI & industrial PCs among the industrial machine builders that comprise Control Design's readership.

Respondents PC specs include panel mount (59.3%); solid-state storage (40.7%); a small footprint (39.5%); integrated display with touchscreen (38.3%); low power/low heat CPU (37%); no cooling fans (34/6%) rack mount (24.7%) and integrated display (24.7%) and "other" (4 .9%).
