The 750 series includes three IIot-enabled Generation 2 PFC200 controllers. They include a standard version for factory applications and two XTR versions for work in harsh environments. Each PLC comes with two RJ45 Ethernet ports and two 100 Mbit/s SFP slots for fiber-optic modules. These configurable ports can be used as a switch or with individual IP addresses and support Modbus TCP/UDP, EtherNet/IP and OPC UA protocols. The fiber-optic ports are beneficial where high electromagnetic interference is a concern or long-distance networking is needed.
