The ConsoliDator+ combines the capabilities of a PLC and HMI in a single package. The device can receive numerous 4-20mA and pulse inputs; host custom control logic, math functions and timers; display information in selectable color palates on configurable screens; provide digital and relay outputs for process control and alarm; and communicate via Modbus RTU and TCP/IP. Configuration is intuitive for first-time users and can be done through front panel push buttons or PC software downloadable from the company's website. Applications include tank farm level display, hazardous gas detection and lift station operation.
