For the fifth consecutive year, Rittal Systems is being certified as a Great Workplace in Canada after an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience. Rittal’s Trust Index score has exceeded the minimum threshold to be officially Certified as a Great Workplace!

"I would like to thank our amazing team for making Rittal a Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row," said Tim Rourke, president of Rittal Systems Canada. "I am proud and honored to be able to work with such a respectful, friendly and supportive team that collaborates so well together, and regularly goes above and beyond for the customer, the company and for each other. We often hear that our industry is one of the few where employees enjoy such longevity of service, a fact that speaks to the stability of the industry and also to the environment, and it is this tremendous environment that our employees are all a part of creating."

According to Rittal, employees identified the opportunities to learn and grow, and the training sessions, as well as fun activities, BBQs, and frequent communications to keep them aware of the latest happenings at Rittal as key factors. Employees also identified strategic leadership, trust and teamwork and the fact that they can take pride in technology that Rittal has to offer to customers and distributors.
