Executives speak about innovation to more than 200 attendees

Two hundred fifty attendees, including customers, partners, and B&R engineers, gathered in at Lake Lanier Islands, Georgia, for AutomationCON 2025, from April 29 to May 1. Speakers included B&R executives, Florian Schneeberger, CTO (Figure 1); Susana Gonzalez, CSO; Sridharan Rangarajan, VP software; and Wilfried Guerry, global product manager motion & drives.

AutomationCON included more than 60 hands-on workshops and 12 general-session topics that explored the B&R portfolio. “Attendees traveled from across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil to learn about new innovations, deepen their knowledge of B&R technologies and network with like-minded individuals,” said Christian Kastinger, regional managing director, Americas, at B&R. “The opportunity to connect and grow with customers was truly invaluable.”

A group of executives toured the B&R U.S. headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia, where B&R is starting to assemble some products. Guests were also introduced to various technology demonstrations in the Innovation Space, where B&R conducts proof-of-concept testing with customers.
