Bluff Manufacturing acquired by Wincove Private Holdings

Bluff's management team and Wincove plan to build on Bluff's leadership position in the material handling market.

Bluff Manufacturing has announced that the company has been acquired by Wincove Private Holdings, LP, a holding company with a permanent equity capitalization and management.

According to Bluff Manufacturing, Wincove creates long-term capital appreciation for its shareholders by partnering with business owners, entrepreneurs and management teams to build market-leading companies. Bluff's management team and Wincove plan to build on Bluff's leadership position in the material handling market.
