Bluff Manufacturing has announced that the company has been acquired by Wincove Private Holdings, LP, a holding company with a permanent equity capitalization and management.
According to Bluff Manufacturing, Wincove creates long-term capital appreciation for its shareholders by partnering with business owners, entrepreneurs and management teams to build market-leading companies. Bluff's management team and Wincove plan to build on Bluff's leadership position in the material handling market.Â
