According to Ethisphere's Chief Executive Officer, Timothy Erblich, Rockwell Automation is part of an exclusive community committed to driving performance through leading business practices.

The Ethisphere Institute named Rockwell Automation as one of the "World's Most Ethical (WME) Companies" for the sixth time.

This recognition honors organizations that continue to raise the bar on ethical leadership and corporate behavior.

According to Ethisphere's Chief Executive Officer, Timothy Erblich, Rockwell Automation is part of an exclusive community committed to driving performance through leading business practices.

"The entire community of World's Most Ethical Companies believes that customers, employees, investors and regulators place a high premium on trust, and that ethics and good governance are key in earning it," said Erblich

Rockwell Automation's chairman and CEO Keith D. Nosbusch said that the company's culture of integrity is reflected in the choices all employees make.

"I am proud of our employees who consistently do the right things, the right way, every day," said Nosbusch. "Our commitment to integrity, reflected in how we engage our employees, partners and customers, is the cornerstone of delivering sustained business value."

Rockwell Automation's employees took a recent survey and they ranked the company's culture of ethics, responsibility and accountability among its strongest drivers of employee engagement. In comparison, Rockwell Automation leaders ranked the importance of ethics and compliance higher than nearly all of the more than 175 other companies surveyed.

The Ethisphere Institute is an independent center of research promoting best practices in corporate ethics and governance. World's Most Ethical Company honorees understand the correlation between ethics, reputation and business success.
