In the many product announcements we get, we note that fewer automation suppliers include a phone number to call if you want more information. They provide an email address and their website URL. We then hunt around to track down a phone number to include when we post or print information about a particular product. Sometimes that number is about as easy to find as a rotary dial phone. You have to think that some companies clearly have no interest in providing a follow-up number. So who’s got this right?
