Each year, the American National University (ANU) awards companies for their dedication to training and educating professional women and men in a number of fields.

Turnkey solutions provider CCS-Inc. and its subsidiary Qualtrax , provider of compliance management software, received ANU's 2013 Distinguished Community Employer award for outstanding support of career education.

Ron Bradbury, campus director for ANU, and Dr. Annette Chamberlin, department chair of the masters program at ANU, presented CCS and Qualtrax with a plaque of honor.

"When choosing a winner for our Distinguished Community Employer Award for 2013, we felt that the answer was obvious," said Dr. Chamberlin. "Not only have CCS and Qualtrax hired several of our alumni, but the companies have given back to the university by participating in projects with our student body as well as allowing their employees to return as adjunct professors."
