Motion Industries to acquire Moss Rubber and Equipment Corporation

Moss Rubber and Equipment, supplier of industrial rubber products since 1965, specializes in products for the petroleum, construction, mining, manufacturing, transportation and agricultural industries.

Motion Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Moss Rubber and Equipment Corporation. According to Motion Industries, execution of the transaction is expected to take place immediately.

Moss Rubber and Equipment, supplier of industrial rubber products since 1965, specializes in products for the petroleum, construction, mining, manufacturing, transportation and agricultural industries throughout northern California. Moss services customers from two locations: South San Francisco and Benicia, Calif.
