Robroy Enclosures Inc., a subsidiary of Robroy Industries, Inc., has acquired the assets of ATTABOX Industrial Enclosures.

According to Robroy Enclosures, this acquisition will complement its current brand: Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures. ATTABOX polycarbonate enclosures ─ which are manufactured in the U.S. ─ provide engineered enclosures for the industrial, solar, electrical, telecommunications, HVAC, instrumentation/control, government, oil and gas and construction markets, says Robroy Enclosures .

ATTABOX enclosures meet NEMA Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12, and Type 6P standards, and are rated for IP68. ATTABOX manufactures sizes ranging from 6x4x4 to 24x24x10.

"Our combined enclosures team is excited to bring another market leader ─ ATTABOX ─ into the Robroy Enclosures family," said Jeff Seagle, president of Robroy Enclosures, and Bill Evatt, president of ATTABOX, in a joint statement. "This polycarbonate addition will complement the Stahlin Non-Metallic fiberglass brand, which is also recognized as the best of its type in the industry. Having both manufacturers representing Robroy Enclosures will enable us to grow with the ultimate goal of offering the broadest and most specified non-metallic enclosure products in the world."
