New Gulf Coast site in Pearland, Texas to be completed by the end of 2020.

Endress+Hauser has invested $38.5 million into a 112,000 square-foot Gulf Coast Regional Center Campus with projected completion by the end of 2020. The company broke ground on Mar. 7, at its new site in Pearland’s lower Kirby District, just outside of the Houston area.

"We continue to make investments that enable growth and further expansion in the US market,” said Matthias Altendorf, CEO of the Endress+Hauser Group. "The campus investment will strengthen cooperation and relationships with our sales representatives, strategic partnerships and our customers. We are excited to continue expanding our presence and business in the Gulf region and look forward to growth in Pearland."

The new campus, which will hold around 110 employees, will offer areas for calibration, repair and training, which will include a brand new PTU (Process Training Unit). The facility will house teams to support Endress+Hauser’s products, solutions and services for process automation, SpectraSensors’ gas analysis systems for the U.S. and international customers and Analytik Jena’s product lines for laboratory instrumentation. The campus will include a building and warehouse location for Endress+Hauser’s partner for sales and service in the Gulf Region, Vector Controls and Automation Group.

According to the company, its growth in the Houston area strengthens its position and reaffirms its growth strategies.
