The Great Place to Work Institute Canada has named Rittal Systems as a Great Place to Work after an independent analysis for the 7th consecutive year. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

"This is an amazing accomplishment and it is thanks to all our employees for making this such a great place to come to each and every day," said Tim Rourke, president, Rittal Systems. "The GPTW survey provides honest feedback that Rittal can analyze and evaluate to determine where improvements can be made to the organization, individual work groups and to specific roles and responsibility within the company.”

According to Rittal, there are some areas where it out-performed the top 50 companies in the category:

  • Having a balanced work life and the proper tools to perform well are very important
  • Receiving the proper resources, training and equipment to perform well on the job
  • Offering community service opportunities, new recycling initiatives, employee awards, team building programs, and company-matched RRSP
