Rectangular 8-mm x 16-mm inductive proximity sensors are available in flush and nonflush mounting options, NO or NC outputs and NPN or PNP logic. The 8-mm round capacitive proximity sensors can detect materials other than metal. These capacitive proximity sensors have a potentiometer to adjust sensitivity and are available with an M8 quick-disconnect or 2-m pigtail cable. Both the 8-mm round and 8-mm x 8-mm x 4-mm rectangular photoelectric sensor models are available in diffuse with background suppression, diffuse, retroreflective and through-beam sensing styles. They can sense objects at up to 2.2-m distance.
