The PH-A280 series of dc-dc power modules with high-voltage dc input includes 300-W models. Operating from a range of dc input of 200 to 425 Vdc, which is used in high-voltage dc current (HVDC) applications, the PH-A280 range includes 50-, 75-, 100-, 150- and 300-W outputs. The 300-W power modules are available in four output voltages: 12, 24, 28 and 48 V. These outputs are adjustable over a range of -60% to 20% to suit nonstandard voltages. Efficiencies of up to 92% are achieved. All modules operate at full load over a baseplate temperature range of -40 to 100 °C.
