Add-on instructions (AOIs) are available for the 750-486 intrinsically safe I/O module. These AOIs for Allen-Bradley RS Logix 5000 software allow users to implement control logic that supports the functionality of Wago’s distributed I/O modules. AOIs supporting several high-density digital, analog and specialty I/O modules are available. Implementation is carried out by selecting the appropriate instruction from a menu in the RS Logix 5000 application and inserting it into application code. AOIs come fully documented and look and behave like other functions inherent to RS Logix 5000 software.
