This downloadable enhancement delivers higher security levels to the OT industry, enables reliable network service in harsh environments and provides interactive user interfaces for instantaneous site condition control and monitoring. These revisions improve the switch management firmware’s usefulness in applications that handle confidential data, require nonstop network service or involve 24/7 real-time monitoring. Features and improvements include shortened system boot-up time, remote switch port analyzer (RSPAN), Link Layer Discovery Protocol-Media Endpoint Discovery (LLDP-MED), security pack (SFTP/login error message/port error disable) and trap and Syslog standards.
