EIGR IP routers help to lower installation cost and eliminate troubleshooting for new machine equipment. The IP devices used inside the machine form their own network on the router’s LAN side, requiring no changes to the settings on the devices or the application during site install. This allows multiple machines to reuse the same configuration with only the EIGR WAN IP address changed to match the plant network.
