The Beckhoff CX9240 embedded PC is 84 x 100 x 91 millimeters, making it an ultra-compact, DIN rail-mountable Ethernet control system. Its ARM Cortex A53 processor offers a 64-bit architecture, higher clock frequency of 1.2 GigaHertz and four cores. It features two independent 1 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and 2 GigaBytes of LPDDR4 RAM. It supports the DisplayPort interface standard and uses the TwinCAT Runtime for Linux operating system. It has four USB 3.0 interfaces and a multi-option interface that can be assigned for M910, EtherCAT, RS-232, RS-485, Profibus or CANopen, with a serial port or a fieldbus connection. Its operating temperature range is between -25 °C and +60 °C.
