PC Series actuators are designed for precise linear motion, offering an electric choice for industrial automation and material handling. The Thomson PC Series combines compact design with high power density to support applications requiring accuracy, repeatability and long service life. A large-diameter ball screw is designed to enable consistent positioning while extending travel life. The actuators support load capacities up to 6,000 N and speeds exceeding 1 m/s, making them suitable for applications requiring both precision and throughput. A precision ball nut and anti-rotation design help manage side loads while maintaining smooth, quiet operation. Available in inline and parallel configurations, the actuators also feature an IP65-rated, sealed design for use in demanding environments such as packaging, material handling and automated assembly. PC Series models are available with a wide range of suitable AKM servo motors from fellow Regal Rexnord brand, Kollmorgen, and come fully assembled and tested directly from Thomson. The optional RediMount kit is designed to allow users to quickly mount their own motors.
