The Fuji TK26E series thermal overload relays for 9- to 25-A contactors protect motor windings from burning because of overloads, locked rotor current or open phases. Maintenance and inspection safety have been improved by using a finger protection mechanism to cover exposed terminals (conforms to DIN 57106), and the overload relay’s tripped status can be checked visually. A high-precision scale for the current adjustment dial enables exact current setting. Isolated normally open and normally closed contacts can be used with different potentials. The relays can be tripped manually, and a trip-free mechanism also is provided.
