The CC-Link IE field basic network block with IO-Link makes it easy to connect Ethernet devices while providing the benefits of IO-Link. With 100-Megabit Ethernet, it is well-suited for applications with low automation levels in which the gigabit speed of the CC-Link IE field master is not needed, such as bar loading magazines. It uses the seamless message protocol (SLMP) for transparent communications to enable seamless connectivity within all levels of manufacturing. It is built into a rugged IP67 metal housing for use in harsh industrial environments. It provides IO-Link features such as device detection and the automatic transmission of parameter and configuration data.
