Users can keep track of their installed base, documentation and data management and instrument performance and health status. Digital services available are the Scanner smartphone app that guides users in capturing field instrument asset data; Analytics, to initiate proactive maintenance; Health, which visualizes the diagnostic data an instrument provides and receives instructions to address the issue; Library, which helps organize working files and documents; and the Value digital service that collects process data from the field and makes them accessible anytime and anywhere.
