The DIT-5200L noncontact displacement measuring system is suitable for servo control position feedback, stage positioning and angular displacement indication, as well as X-Y orbit position feedback and stylus position. It offers differential for common mode rejection. Enhancements to the previous product include lower noise (better resolution) and CE Marking. Capable of subnanometer resolution, it provides thermal stability of ±0.03% and high sensitivity—up to 10 V per mil (V/mil), or 39 millivolt/per micron (mV/μm). The compact device is available in both single and dual-channel configurations, and its signal conditioning electronics are packaged in a die-cast aluminum box with MCX-style sensor connections.
