EZWiFi connects any EZAutomation device with a serial port over Wi-Fi. The module is equipped with two wireless modes: Infrastructure, which connects any laptop to the device as long as both are on the internal network, and AdHoc, which does not require any access point or router and instead establishes its own to allow communication between EZWiFi and a PC. Each Wi-Fi module is programmed individually with a unique SSID and password to prevent a third party from accessing the device in AdHoc mode. The module supports 802.11 b/g/n protocols and is powered with either 24 Vdc or two AA batteries.
