The Sysmac Delta Robot series offers machine builders pick-and-place capability for packaging and small-parts assembly line projects. The series allows for integration of machine control, motion, remote I/O, HMI, safety, vision and robotics all in one controller and one network using one programming software. It helps operators to increase production capabilities by building higher through-put machines that can handle more than 100 picking operations/min. It can achieve up to 200 cycles/min. and can be synchronized with multiple conveyors to perform on-the-fly pick-and-place operations. The series operates on a Sysmac-NJ controller that uses the EtherCat motion network.
