The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 800TC-XAF explosion-protected contact block provides contact switching for hazardous-location applications
Dec. 2, 2015

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 800TC-XAF explosion-protected contact block provides contact switching for hazardous-location applications. The UL 1203-certified contact block is suitable for Class I, Div. 2 environments, especially e-stop and high-vibration applications. It features a positive-opening, normally closed contact to meet global e-stop standards. The design allows contact block stacking, which helps to increase application flexibility and accommodating safety circuits for illuminated e-stop devices. The contact block’s body is molded from a durable thermoplastic resin. Other features include a ceramic plunger; stainless-steel hardware, including terminal screws/clamps and mounting screws; and a bifurcated spanner with pure, fine silver contact tips.
