The Stratus enclosure vortex coolers provide compressed-air cooling where conventional enclosure cooling by air conditioners or heat exchangers is not possible. The all-stainless steel coolers have cooling capacities from 500 to 2,500 Btu/h. If cooling capacity needs to change, replacement generators will fit any of the line’s vortex coolers. Mountable in a ¾-in electrical conduit knockout, the coolers’ compact physical size contains no moving parts. They also feature relief valves and seals built in, enabling the units to maintain the sealed nature of NEMA 4, NEMA 4X and NEMA 12 enclosures. The units contain no Freon, CFCs or HCFCs.
