The MTR-ECI all-in-one servo motor and drive unit is designed specifically for automating manual changeovers. With a standard stainless steel shaft, IP65 protection class rating and food-grade lubrication, the motor can be used for many motion actuation applications. The unit features a brushless motor, integrated gearbox, power electronics, controller, absolute encoder and EtherNet/IP interface. It does not require a cabinet. Power is provided by a 24-/48-Vdc supply. Nominal velocity and torque ranges up to 592 rpm and 5.6 Nm, respectively. The integrated multi-turn absolute encoder eliminates the need for homing the machine on startup.
