TOP Server v.5.11 has an IEC 61850 protocol driver commonly used for power distribution applications. It  also features an OPC XML-DA client driver for connectivity to OPC XML-DA servers and electronic flow measurement (EFM) enhancements for the oil and gas industry. ControlLogix firmware v.21 supports updates as well as enhancements and fixes for many other existing communications drivers.
