JMP Engineering acquires Robust Controls

JMP Engineering acquired Robust Controls. According to JMP, the move is meant to better serve and support its customer base in Texas. Robust Controls is a controls and systems integration company providing engineering services in Dallas and the surrounding area.

According to both companies, the strategy behind the pairing is to expand solution offerings and technology migrations for customers in specific industry segments including semiconductor, oil & gas, water/wastewater and consumer product goods manufacturing. Also, it will expand geographic reach and combine engineering resources to execute larger process automation, control system, information, MES (manufacturing execution system) and smart robotic projects.
