NovaTorque and Wolong announce manufacturing partnership

According to NovaTorque, the manufacturing transition has begun and is expected to be complete by year-end 2016.

NovaTorque, Inc. and Wolong Electric have announced an agreement for Wolong to become NovaTorque’s manufacturing partner. According to NovaTorque, the manufacturing transition has begun and is expected to be complete by year-end 2016.

“We are very pleased with the partnership,” said Emily Liggett, NovaTorque CEO. “As a small company with great technology, we were searching for a partner with the manufacturing expertise, resources, cost structure, quality systems and reputation to allow us to fully compete on price and quality, as well as on product performance, efficiency and reliability. Wolong is a fantastic organization and partner.”

NovaTorque product development and applications support will continue from its Fremont, Calif., headquarters while the companies explore additional opportunities to work together, including product marketing and cross selling.
