Kivnon partners with Macrovey for North American distribution

Kivnon, a producer of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), announced a strategic partnership with Macrovey to strengthen its presence in North America. The collaboration is designed to enhance both companies' market presence and operational capabilities across North America.

With this partnership, Kivnon aims to streamline the sales and installation processes for its mobile robots, making them more accessible to a broader range of industries. At the same time, Macrovey will gain access to Kivnon's product line, allowing them to expand their offerings.

"Kivnon is excited to partner with Macrovey, whose wealth of experience and strong reputation in automation perfectly complement our vision for growth in North America," said Jaume Martínez, managing director of Kivnon USA. "The partnership will ensure that customers receive top-tier service and support, from initial consultation to installation and beyond. Together, we will set new standards in the automation industry, delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients."

The collaboration will focus on several key areas, including sales, marketing, installation services and after-sales support. Kivnon will provide technical training to ensure Macrovey is fully equipped to manage the complete lifecycle of Kivnon’s products, while Macrovey's established network and market knowledge will help to facilitate faster market penetration.

“Macrovey believes that Kivnon’s products and services perfectly fit within the automation solutions developed for our customers,” said Danny Pierce, director of business development of Macrovey. “Macrovey’s cutting-edge technology along with Kivnon’s innovative products will bring added value to customers looking to automate systems.  This type of partnership allows for seamless integrations aimed to increase efficiencies and cut costs.”

The partnership aims to deliver more localized and responsive services.
