Motion signs agreement to purchase Stoney Creek Hydraulics

Motion will expand further in Canada with purchase of hydraulics manufacturer

Motion signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the operating assets of Canadian-based Stoney Creek Hydraulics. The transaction is expected to close at the end of October, subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1998, Stoney Creek Hydraulics specializes in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder manufacture/repair. Repair services include cylinder inspection, machining and testing with precision. The company is named for its location in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
