Atlanta robotics team gives demonstration at sponsor’s headquarters

Dematic hosts Midtown High School G3 Robotics
As an avid supporter of STEM education, Dematic hosted a robotics demonstration and luncheon with the local Midtown High School G3 Robotics team in December (Figure 1).

During the event on December 10, the Dematic-sponsored G3 Robotics team from Midtown High School showcased its 2023 competition robot, Dancing Queen, at the company's global headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia (Figure 2).

This showcase of G3’s Dancing Queen and the team presentation demonstrated STEM education in action, with members from the Atlanta City Council and the Metro Atlanta Chamber in attendance to celebrate the students’ accomplishments (Figure 3).
The team had the opportunity to connect with Dematic engineers and executive leadership to learn from industry professionals (Figure 4).

Mike Larsson, president, Dematic, and KION Group Executive Board Member, also delivered remarks to emphasize the importance of fostering STEM opportunities for the next generation (Figure 5).
