Jergens Acquires Bock Workholding
Jergens, a manufacturer of standard tooling components, vises and other workholding equipment, acquired Bock Workholding, including its U.S. headquarters in Ford City, Pa., and sales partners in Europe, Asia and Australia. Bock is a manufacturer and distributor of workholding solutions designed to improve the productivity of vertical and horizontal machining centers and flexible manufacturing cells. Bock offers a large selection of workholding solutions, including twin production vises, locating systems and five-axis vises.
