Tri Tech Automation acquires panel fabrication company Integrity Control Solutions
The company reports that this acquisition is a key step in its strategy to grow through investing in specific capabilities and regions. Machine controls professionals, specifically those in Oklahoma's oil and gas market, are expected to benefit from the company'sĀ increased capacity and allows Tri Tech customers to tap new capabilities from one source.
āICS is well-respected among customers and suppliers, and we are excited to have them become part of Tri Tech,ā said Adam Ruebsam, president of Tri Tech Automation. āThe acquisition is part of the companyās long-term strategic plan to expand services in design control solutions for a wide range of manufacturers across the United States.ā
According to James Maisel, vice president, strategic initiatives for Tri Tech Automation, the company will be consolidating back-office processes and responsibilities previously handled by ICS to better support customers and growth efforts. āIn addition, weāre looking to invest heavily in Tulsa with operational tools, employee training, facility improvements and additional staff,ā said Maisel.
Mike Summers, president of ICS, has become director of operations for Tri Tech Automation in Tulsa.
