D.L.S. also received special recognition for timeliness
For the seventh consecutive year, D.L.S. Electronic Systems, a global compliance organization specializing in EMI/EMC, environmental, wireless and product safety testing, was among nine laboratories that received the Customer Quality Service Award for 2022-23 from the Washington, D.C.-based American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL)

Developed in 1996 to address the industry's quality issues and recognize those laboratories with exemplary quality performance, the program provides laboratory data users with a mechanism to evaluate testing laboratories. Participants commit to ensuring data integrity, meeting customers’ quality needs and setting performance standards for the testing laboratory industry.

To become a participant, testing laboratories must distribute satisfaction surveys to customers, commit to an ethics program and submit a signed code of ethics. Participants in 2022 demonstrated an average timeliness of 3.5 out of a possible 4.0 and an overall customer satisfaction score of 3.7 out of a possible 4.0.

For D.L.S, the award highlights the D.L.S. laboratory's continued commitment to quality testing and customer service. In addition to receiving the Customer Quality Service Award, D.L.S. also received special recognition for timeliness from ACIL.

D.L.S. supports Military, Aerospace, Avionics, Medical, Industrial, Consumer Product and Automotive markets on a global basis. It is an accredited ISO 17025 testing laboratory under the ANSI National Accreditation Board – ANAB.
